Kaiseki Ryouri- Full Course Traditional Japanese Menu.
Sansou Murata is located between the scenic mountain Aso-Kuju National Park in Oita Prefecture
and Seto Naikai National Park- the inland sea between Shikoku Island and Chugoku Area of Honshu Island , which is blessed with abundance of nature. The famous and delicious Kaiseki Ryouri food that we serve is a produce from these rich areas.
Kaiseki Ryouri comprises of Sakizuke, Wanmono, Mukouhassun, Oshinogi, Nimono, Agemono, or Yakimono, Kawaribachi, served one by one and after that Japanese rice , Tomewan, and finally a dessert. This is what we call Kaiseki Ryouri.
